What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship the products either by Delhivery courier or by Indiapost, first preference is given to Delhivery courier. In exceptional cases, we send the products by DTDC or DHL courier at an additional cost to the customer.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, for now we don’t ship internationally through our website. However one could get in touch with us through vihanev@gmail.com for bulk purchases.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Generally, the delivery happens within 5-11 days across India, depending upon the location.

How do I place an Order?
Go to the website https://www.vihanev.com, search if you are looking for any specific product, add to cart, proceed to checkout and just pay using any of the payment gateways, that’s all you need to do.
Of course, you need to fill out your detailed address with Pin code and phone number.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We accept cancellations of orders before the shipment. Once the shipment is done your order will not be cancelled.
We accept replacement requests only for Faulty or Transport Damaged products. We DO NOT entertain refunds in any case.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, however it’s better to create an account if you are going to buy from us frequently.

For the actual shipment status you need to visit the courier site with the tracking number given in the order.
How Can I Return a Product?
